Returns & Exchanges:
Dirty Dolls Lingerie does not accept returns on panties or shapers for sanitary reasons.
Should you wish to return or exchange you purchase(s) for any reason, the following conditions will apply:
Dirty Dolls Lingerie will accept returns or exchanges on all brassieres within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will not accept returns after this period, and we cannot be held responsible for items that are held up in shipping. Please note that Dirty Dolls Lingerie has the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product has been stained or damaged in any way.
In order for returns to be processed, the client must send items to the return address and fill out the return/exchange form. A copy of the sales receipt and return/exchange form must accompany the items that are being returned. If you need a new form you may download one here:Dirty Doll Exchange Form
Dirty Dolls Lingerie is not responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send packages through registered mail. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
Your return will be processed upon the receipt of goods. Replacements that are currently in stock will be shipped within 10 working days. If your substitute item is not in our current stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.
Client’s credit-card accounts will be refunded approximately two weeks after the return has been processed.
